My '21 STX

best way i see to go.

It is hard to do and you gotta find a service dept willing to jump thru some flaming hoops... but at least in Moparland it is possible to substitute aftermarket parts for oem under warranty thanks to supply chain qualms. Brakes, filters, steering etc. The more mission critical the better your odds.

I kinda wonder if you could get a driveshaft approved.

Although I do appreciate the effort in finding a shaft.. thanks guys.. the plan for the moment is to just keep riding this wacky wave at least until I hear back from the dealer.

The dealer called Ford last Tuesday, with a request to expedite delivery of a shaft.

Whoever it was told me that after they put in those requests it usually takes 2 days to hear back from ford, so I'd be getting another call Thursday... well.. thursday and then Friday came and went with no call. Well see what happens this week.
