I traded them to Diverd (forum member) for the yellow Ranger that's a page earlier.

SOOOO!!! I have major news for my B2. It is no longer my daily driver (I have a 1993 FS Bronco for that. Now I can go to town with the B2, I have a 302 that I bought for it, which has a funny story attached to it...

I was scouring craigslist (best parts store/junkyard/online parts place) looking for nothing in particular and I stumble across an ad for someone parting out a 1987 Mustang GT with a slight rod knock. He didn't list the motor in the list of stuff for sale but I decided what the hell, I'll ask anyways. He said that if I wanted it I could have it for $50 if he could keep the upper and lower intake, I'm going carb'd so I said sure. I go there and pick it up and start taking it apart. Slight rod knock my ass, that must have been one hell of a bang...here's what was causing the "slight rod knock"

Lucky for me the block is still in good condition (dad checked it out, he was a machinist in the '70s) so I'm getting a 347 Stroker kit for it, when I have some money saved up...lol

That and I'm trying to find an EB D-44 to go with the EB 9" that I have in the garage.

Thanks for lookin!

Ben

Crank will work great for a trophy...:headbang:

The block is still mint, needs some normal cleanup work on the cylinder walls from it being a hi mileage motor but it'll clean up with .030 over.

Now I gots to save my $$$$ for the motor build!

A guy I know broke the crank in his GMC Topkick... believe that had the 6.6 Duramax in it. Pretty cool carnage when ever it happens.

That's only the second snapped crank I've seen. My buddy snapped one in his 85 Cherokee (2.8L). Nuts.
