My 1986 Ranger on 35's!

I figured I would I would have to weld the 1/4" to the middle of the frame rails. So how did you set the front body mounts back up? I wanted to have a bumper that mounted right up against the grille. The panel where where blinkers it seems like uneccessary space to me.lol

Yeah exactly, I thought the blinkers an metal around it was a wasted space.

Basically, I cut the rivets out, took the mounts off, and cut the mounts 1/4" off the mount. I mounted the bumper along the frame rails and then drilled holes and used the pre-existing holes from the rivets. I had to reweld the mounts back together. So basically in a nut shell I cut off the body mount, then cut the body mount apart where it attachattaches to the frame, then welded the mount back together. I actually think I welded the mount to the bumper frame mounts. I wanted the bumper to be bolt on. I am very happy with the results. I haven winched for hours, and approx 20-30 times and only seen it flex. (I forgot to tighten one side)

I used approximately 20' of the Pacer fender flares. I bought it from Summit, and I believe it took a couple weeks to get. I will warn you not to use sheet metal screws on the ends. I used small bolts with fender washers to hold the flares tight against the body.
