Best guess: Use just the long block and you'll be fine...
I'd be surprised if the accessory brackets or oil pan are the same. Exhaust manifold unlikely. Intake maybe.

I figured it's the same engine just with different brackets for ac and alternator i know the oil pan is the same

The mustangs finally switched over to DIS in '91 so it should be mostly the same other than some bracketry, if in doubt or it looks different use the Ranger parts...
