Download Spybot. Just google it. It works pretty good. Avast is good too.
And to all of you that are ripping on Limewire, I've never had a problem with Limewire and viruses. You just have to know what your downloading. Also, scanning things immediately after you download helps a lot. Avast offers that with just a click of the mouse.

Execellent program for Spyware. Not effective against viruses, but it really helps to install the Tea Timer to detect registy changes.

You can't be 100% covered. AVG might pick up stuff that Norton can't, and Norton might pick up stuff that AVG can't for instance. Most have resident scanners that automatically do that without a click of the mouse.

They have had that technology even in DOS.

I got Avast, but oh well this is my moms computer that Ive been using the past 3 weeks, I'm gettting my Laptop back tomorrow!!! , I keep having to get a new charger, my god damn dogs chewed the friggin cord on my original charger, then i got a new one and it had that god foresaken removeable tips that are shit and that broke, and he gave us another that he said was the complete original, we went in to get it i told him that its not the original cause I knnow its not, so we get another one, not the right voltage on it, and now the one for tomorrow, will probably last about 10 days if im luckey,

I just discovered file sharing to make a long story compact, just take the cd down load into hard drive.. plays nice. and I'm 95% positive that uploading into an Ipod or simular device should,t be too tough!! By the way walmart is blowing out some name brand classics at unbelievable prices... $8.92? (Led Zep 4!!)

PS I tried that download thing and I F'd up two computors!! ya get what ya pay for
