I replaced my front pads yesterday and bled my brake system. ever since i've had a squishy pedal. that brakes grab and stop great but the pedal goes down further than before and is really soft. i bled all four corners and figured if i had any problems it was with the rear so i bled both of those again and its no better. also i saw on here about drums being adjusted but my rears are brand new as well (bout 1000 miles). before i did the brakes the pedal had a pretty solid feel. any thought other than just bleed it all again?

Re bleed them. You still have air in the lines. Start at the right rear, then go to the left rear, right front and finally the left front.

i hope thats all it is. i see no visible leaks. i'm hoping i don't have an internal leak in my m/c or calipers. also, when i pump the pedal with the engine off (no brake booster) the pedal firms right up. is this worth anything?

I hope someone can help you I was goingto post the exact same problem. I did notice the mine seems to have more pedal while I am driving versus sitting at a light. I think mine might be a vacuum issue but I didnt have problem before I replaced the rear break cylinders or atleast I didnt feel it.

First, reblead. Either that or it's the vacuum booser. I doubt that though because of the timeing. You may have blead them with out adding enough fluid in the master and introduced some air into the system. Do a good job bleeding them and check the fluid level often. Good luck.
