I am looking for mud flaps and brackets for a 1993 Ford Ranger. These do not attach to the wheel well but to a bracket that attaches to the underside of the bed. I believe this style was used on 1994 trucks too, not sure if used any other years.
This is a picture of the back of the mudflap looking to the front of the truck. The blue arrow points to the arrow that attaches the bracket to the truck. The red arrows are the bolts that attach the mudflap to the bracket.
