Motor Mount Write up

does anybody have a write up on how to change and install motor mounts? if so it would help alot.

Chock wheels. Unbolt mounts from frame side. Jack up motor til mount bolts are clear of frame. (Note: Do NOT jack the motor up with straight jack. Use a block of wood or the like to brace from one side of oil pan to other as to not crush your oil pan while lifting.) Remove mounts from block side now. Install new mounts in reverse order. Also, becareful as to how high you try and raise the motor. You can damage other components i.e. the distributor, by sending it into the firewall.
