wat could i do to give my ranger some more power

more power for my 4.0

You can go 4 ways. One way is completely useless:
1). Put a different rear axle in with lower gears, like if you have 3.55's, step up to 3.73's or 4.10's.
2). Naturally aspirated build

4). You can throw your money away to try to gain power on chips, K&N, etc.
