More Bronco hear say.

A true stepside would be cool too, not a "flareside" I mean a REAL stepside, with actual steps and completely flat interior bed panels. From back when stepsides served a functional purpose not just looked neat.

Well that didn't last long....

I take it you prefer the newer stepsides that "look neat" rather than serve a purpose?

Nope... just a straight side Bronco truck. I would rather have the room inside.

A real stepside from back in the day had as much functional room as a normal bed since a normal bed had wheel wells getting in the way. Step sides were much easier to load, clean, etc. Not to mention things could be mounted outside the bed like spare tires, gas cans, and tool boxes that would take up precious bed space on a regular bed. So no real space saving going on by using a regular bed.

Step sides were designed for the workin man! You could mount all your tools on the outside and still fill the bed with gravel or cow poop and not get it stuck in everything!

You're paying to have this office rug steam cleaned!

Sorry, I thought you was in your truck. I will stop now. :icon_thumby:

Agree to disagree on that.

No way I could haul what I haul to roundups without the extra ahead and behind the wheel wells.

But when you put a cap on it... there is still far more room with a style side bed. I would like t camp out of the back... step side would be far more claustrophobic for me personally.

My two favorite vehicles on this entire damn planet rolling down the same assembly line.

It just don't get much better for me.
