More Bronco hear say.

The death of the Roxor has been greatly exaggerated and you can't get a Jeep with a diesel. Not OEM anyway.
They have their niche, though not really for me.
Actually yes you can get a Wrangler with a 3L Ecodiesel V6 this year.

They cost a lot more than a Roxor/YJ/TJ though.
A little bit LOL...ridiculous price for anything with a Wrangler sticker on it. I'd take a Roxor over a Wrangler anyday. There was one for sale at a local Honda ATV dealership a couple weeks ago, first one I'd seen in person, I like the looks of them, a bit smaller than a Wrangler too, and far more Willys/Jeep like than anything from Chrysler/Fiat in the past couple decades.

With the emissions crap on diesels today they're far from the reliable engines they used to be and the fuel economy isn't that great anymore either, ridiculous additional maintenance and fuel costs make owning anything with a diesel pretty cost ineffective.

Boxlink is the secondary tie down points in the bed. It a set of removable locking tie downs. When the tie downs are removed the brackets accept E-track connections. I don’t like to have things bouncing around in the bed... $73 (Z-plan price) is a small price to pay for factory reinforced extra tie downs. It’s better then the half-assed aftermarket Pepboys specials most people install.

The mirrors are the same mirrors that come on the higher end f250-f550. They’re bigger, telescoping, heated, power mirrors.
Power glass means power adjustable glass, nevermind...

That's the problem... nobody but you thought it was a joke.

I knew he was joking but most of the things I type and say are sarcasm at it's finest.

Meh, I wouldn't mind a YJ or a TJ and they are priced about the same as the offroad only (for most of the country) Roxor.

The Roxor is about $20k. A new Wrangler Rubicon is pushing the $50k tag...and a YJ or TJ by the time you put all the offroad stuff into it you got as much tied up in it as a Roxor LOL. Kind of a catch 22 really...more of an how much is in your bank account type scenario...even the Roxor now offers a few diff locker options. The only thing with a Roxor, how are they for getting parts within a timely mannor? You can got to a pick a part and get Jeep parts all the time, not so much for the Roxor, those would be dealer only parts or online orders where you wait for them to arrive off the slow boat from China LOL.

The Jeep would make far more sense although the Roxor would be more fun since its not choked off by nonsense emissions junk and no electronic nannies to get you stuck offroad when they fail.

The big perk to a Jeep to me is it wouldn't be a trailer queen.

I think a $500+/- lunchbox locker would pretty much level the playing field between a stock YJ/TJ and a Roxor.

The closest Mahinda dealer to me is half an hour away, I have three parts stores and a Jeep dealer within half a mile that can get everything there is to get for an older Wrangler. If you bring the interweb into the equation it only gets worse from there.

The fun thing with a Roxor is hardly anyone has one, seems like everyone and their dog has a Jeep Wrangler LOL. The huge downfall with a Roxor is its not street legal, it would have to be hauled to wherever you wanna go play in most cases unless you can hit trails right from your house. However, you can just as easily build a non-street Jeep too LOL. Out of all the offroading I've done I've yet to need a lift and larger tires, I go around what I can't crawl over in stock form. So really you wouldn't need much to get a stock Wrangler to do the same thing a Roxor can, but with the Wrangler at least you have the dealer and aftermarket easily accessible, and well Roxor, maybe or in a few years maybe not....you just never know with companies like that, with the Jeep name you are pretty well set for parts and if the dealer can't get it chances are there's an aftermarket part that'll do the job the same if not better....can't say that for Mahindra...I wouldn't trust parts availability so really the money you'd save buying a Roxor, you'd probably spend in trying to get parts shipped to your door, if you could find them when the time comes, and there's really no support for them in the aftermarket yet, and there may never be...kind of like the Bronco 2 certain things just don't exist for them anymore :(.

^^ What he said.

Also, Jeeps must be a lot cheaper where you guys live. A decent one around here, even a 20 year old one, is going to cost pretty close to a new Roxor, and you'll likely need to sink more money in it to trail ride without extreme risk of failure. Granted, it can be street legal and the Roxor can't, although I believe some areas will allow it. I'm not going to buy either one myself, so I probably shouldn't even be commenting on it.

There are two TJ's on Craigslist right now for under $10k, supposedly run and drive great with softops.

Go to a junkyard that sells whole vehicles and redo a wrangler from the 80's or 90's and do the same thing we do with rangers put a 4.0 straight 6 or a 300 straight 6 or even a hellcat motor. Honestly building your own vehicle is probably the best thing you could do anymore with the extreme prices of a new truck or car with mild upgrades.
