They do but they're probably sticky... you could spray some WD40 into the pivot area to help... On my '00 Explorer the drivers side was sticky until I rammed it into a tree branch, moves great now!

To be fair, the tree branch thing was more of an accident, was threading the needle and missed by an inch...
