The oil was black. There was bad rust in the usual spots. the shifter was broken, the paint job sucked ass, and the interior was semi clean and smelled like cigarettes.
As for the B20 A5 engine, the serpintine belts squealed, and the oil dripped pretty hardcore. the guy said that it uses a quart every 3,000 miles. the rear bumper lost the clips that hold the sides flush with the body because it had been love tapped. it didn't drive well either, and the throttle felt stiff, but slow to return to position. I put it in neutral to coast to a stop sign and the engine remained at the rpm's it was at before I pushed in the clutch. the speedo didn't work, and the underbody was rusted pretty bad, according to a mechanic's inspection.
