My baby got hit!

I was sitting at work minding my business and heard my alarm, usual - windy - so I reset and never went to check it. I little later someone comes and tells me someone ran into my truck . . . WTF and more expletives.

So I go out and my left front corner light is shattered. No damage to fender, hood or bumper WTH? So I get another bulb from maintenance shop and find out my Terminal manager knew who did it and HR began an investigation into the incident. They told me who did it and that they were sorry and will replace broken item.
After further investigation, said violator was under influence of prescription meds and did not even know what she did let alone the approximate $1000 of other damage to her vehicle (not from hitting me) she did on her way to work.
So the story continues - I go out and put in the new bulb and begin taping the big pieces back in with clear package tape and discover the headlight is loose now stress level went higher. The impact broke all three mounting points off the HL bucket. Header panel is ok, but WTH.
Anyway, I found replacements on ebay - will total over $100 for parts and shipping. Just need to get paid from violator and order new lights.

Sorry no pics - I will get some up tonight when I pull these out to put my stock lights in there goes the cool look . . .

i would report it to her insurance so you know you get the money.people are nothing but screwy when it comes time to pony up. i would make them buy you new fancy lights

I KNOW and AGREE LOL - I will have them up this afternoon . . . patience grasshopper . . .

This person is someone I trust to be up front and do the right thing, they always have before in minor business issues, plus our HR department is involved and if all else - payroll deduct - LOL

Crack in header panel by corner light mounting hole at top. Pulled on panel and no flex, so ok in my book: Still

Back together with stock HL and a spare corner from a neighbor

Will update as repairs are made . . . thanks for concerns and comments . . . time for a few

Just a small scratch on the corner trim, you can see it in the pic of the header crack at the very top. No real worries though . . .

And I am just glad I kept all my original parts so I could quick fix - now to get those replacements . . .

What ya think of these on the white truck or should I stay with the clear/chrome
