i have a 96 mazda b4000 and im looking for a front bumper/ winch mount for it i also need it to have turn signals incorporated into it, much like the older arb's any ideas?

You cant go wrong with custom. That is what I did (build thread). Where in CO are you? Maybe I can help you out.

I am near Westminster. The hardest part of making a custom bumper is coming up with a design. First thing you need to figure out is what you eventually want to do with it. What thickness of metal do you want to use? How much do you want to spend? Tow hitch? Tow/D hooks? Fog lights?

im thinking turn signals, D hooks and a winch, but the biggest thing i need is ground clearance on the front

I too want to build a custom front (and rear) bumper. I'm thinking of the boxed in style with some specific angles to my taste. My plan is to mock one up by first building it out of 1/4" plywood. Mount it, paint it black, maybe make changes, then build it using different thicknesses of plate steel. I also want a bash bar that extends out and up at an angle. But only between the lights so as not to obstruct the light's from doing what they're meant to. Recessed holes for the blinkers and even the license plate. Finally a room inside the bumper to mount a winch.
