I Can Save It!!!!
Looked around and can't find anything about if any other window crank handles will work on a 1990 ranger other then the black plastic ones with a screw in the center to hold them on. I really want an old style metal ones but can't seem to find any info if they make anything else that fits. I posted a picture of the black ones that come on it and then some metal ones that I would hope they make something like it that's metal to replace the plastic ones

Ford probably used a similar mounting style for those in a bunch of vehicles. I would recommend spending some time at the junk yard looking at Mustangs, Crown Vics, Granadas, etc (don’t forget Mercury brand) and see what looks like it will fit. Even if you don’t see and handles you like, it will help you to know what crosses over when you’re looking at aftermarket parts.

the nice thing about the junk yard is that if you find something you like, walk over to a Ranger and see if it fits. If not, leave it. All it costs is the admission fee to the yard.

and you should be able to easily order some custom ones if they are the same as the mustang used back in the 70s/80s/90s. i kind of feel like i put mustang ones on my karmann ghia but that would have been over 25 years ago and i could easily be remembering wrong
