Manual TC shift boot after Body lift install

I just installed a 3in body lift, and the tcase boot ripped off the plastic mount while shifting, i can obviously see that the boot is now scrunched because it is compressed 3 in more then normal, anyone ever fix this issue? or do something to the stock one to make it fit and look right?
