Makg!

I solute you with 76 Trombones. Yes there is trouble right here in River city.

I wish I would have know you were going. I would have had you say hello to Frodo for me.

FYI, Kiwis like to drive Fords, Toyotas, and especially Chryslers (mainly Jeep, but Dodge as well). But I didn't see a single GM vehicle anywhere....
Does GM not make right hand drive vehicles or something stupid like that?

GM owns Holden, I don't know if they have those in New Zealand though (they're Australian). Did you see any of them?

Good to see your back :icon_thumby:

I thin the only GM based vehicle down there is the Hummer. Holden is the primary division of GM in Oceania.

About that s10, 20 years ago you could find TIB front ends on lots of desert trucks in Socal regardless of make or model. Proven "Charles Bronson, Mr. Majestic tough" they were and are the cheap way to get long travel suspension. And anything would be better than stock S10 short and shorter A arms.

The only thing I saw down there even slightly resembling a Hummer was -- believe it or not -- what they call a "Cherokee." Fugly. Not what US Cherokees look like.

But then, Hummers may just be (mercifully) very rare. Is there a such thing as a right hand drive Hummer? Driving left hand drive vehicles in NZ would be very, very difficult. Especially ones with a wide track.

He's back! He's back! He's back!

Glad you're ok buddy! Usually when someone falls off the face of the earth the way it seems you did the outcome's not good.

Welcome back Kotter!:headbang:

I meant to say, Holden is the only GM based vehicle, not the Hummer. Although, when I looked on GM's Oceania website they did mention Hummer as being one of the divisions there, along with Saab.
