main bearing torque spec

Does anyone know what the main bearing torque spec is for a 1990 2.9 v6. I didnt think i would be doing this over christmas break otherwise i would have printed it off at school. Any help is greatly appreciated.

the vintage is off a bit but the torque spec I wouldn't seem to be much different.

ANYway..from a 87' repair manual main bearing cap torque to 65-75ftlbs for a 12mm bolt
