just tried this today wihle messing around; unplugged maf sensor on my truck and idle stumpled slightly at first then acted normal; i revved up numerous times and seems the same; then plugged sensor back in and ass was still the same; could sensor possibly be bad??? shouldn't it operate worse/differently with sensor unplugged?

I believe it should run alot worse with it unplugged, or at least mine does. it runs when you give it some gas but when you left off the pedal it idles for about 2 or 3 seconds(like crap) then sputters and dies.
