Made an interesting decision tonight

A little update is in order:

Spoke with the recruiter last night, all my tattoos meet the AFI standards. Need to shed a min of 30 lbs.

I miss serving my country and all the bs that goes with being in the military.

30 lbs?? Dude, If I lost 30 lbs my smallest cat could beat me up...lol.

Now about that commision...don't you need a 4 year degree? One of my buddy's youngest sons went into the National Guards late last year and he was an enlisted marine for 6 years some time back. He is hoping to get some retirement out of it. He is not getting a commision for being prior service. He is going in as enlisted. He looses a paygrade, so not too bad, but after trainning he gets it back.

I have a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering. I think I got the degree part covered.
