Like a 6:1 or better 1st? No.
If you have a 4.0L M5OD, you can swap the gearset from any non-4.0L trans in for a slightly deeper 1st, 2nd & 3rd (3.72:1 vs 3.40:1 1st). Of course that still ain't quite a "granny" gear though.
