M50D R1 Rebuild

Can anyone tell me how to rebuild my tranny in my 94 4.0 4x4. I have got one tranny with nothing but 4th and the other tranny i got now is whining really loud and is soon to go out then i will be without a truck. Any help would be awesome.

I'll tell you now no one is going to give you step by step instructions... If you really want to do it, go buy a book or something... but, I'm thinking if you have to ask how to rebuild your transmission you need to take it somewhere and let someone else do it... If you want to wait I'll be rebuilding my M50 in June-ish and I'll take plenty of pics for ya...
