Lunchbox locker problems in cold weather

from what i could find whern fiddling with mine the spec is .140-.170.mine was at .170 when it ate the pins and started on the teeth,but it was missing teeth and was cracked when i got it.i didn't need to look hard to find out what was wrong with it.try getting some side shims that bring it to .140.

I was looking for the Cub Cadet manual for Dustin's tractor problem and a bunch of papers fell out and look what was in them--the winning ticket.
