Low voltage


Yes, we get 12v at the connector with the pump disconnected. It goes to somewhere between 6-7v when the relay kicks off. But, measured at the relay, there is nearly 0v on the output side. The 6-7 is likely just a ghost (parasitic voltage that digital DMMs are bad at reading [or even causing in some cases]).
 
I guess it's a good thing I never bothered to put the bed back on. I'll try swapping in another new Fuel Pump.
 
Sure enough. The new fuel pump was bad. Put in a new one and it started right up.
