The problem is how do we get the entire world against them? yes, including Russia and Pakistan....

China is doing that on their own, as many nations did in the past, England, Spain and France did much the same in their Colonial Periods, US used the term Manifest Destiny for their land grabs and treatment of non-US people

There is no moral high ground here, China will do what they will do until the rest of the world just won't stand for it any more, and it will happen, just like it happened in the past to other countries

The sad cold reality is most of the people in the United states government and most EU nations wet dream is to become more like china. The literal jack boot stomping on a human face forever. What pisses me off is the fact that people think that in an all out war (minus nukes) china could beat the US.
