Looking to get a ranger!

I just got offered a really really nice Mazda B4000 for my Jeep.

Its got the 4.0 that was rebuilt at 115K and its got 161 now. The thing is, its an auto. Can I rely on that transmission?

its ext cab, 4x4 and white. Thing is absolutley beautiful.

What year is it? If it is 95 or later that should be the 4R44 or 4R55 which are both very reliable transmissions.

IMHO, I'd still throw an aftermarket trans cooler on it to be on the safe side.

Good, it will have the stronger auto trans.

Yeah, sorry. Had a little typo there. I meant to say they are BOTH very reliable, not that they were made after the era of reliable transmissions.

A 99 will be a good truck. Take it.
