looking for full qaurter panels for an 88 ranger extended cab dont want to use patch panels but cant find the full bedside for the truck just for the broncos which i find strange and annoying

Have you checked with LMC? I am like 99% sure they have them.

yea maybe fiberglass panels or i can take the long beds and make them work

with that part, im guessing the only place to get it is the boneyard.. the panels are held on by rosett welds i think, so if your just after the panel, dont bother drilling them all out at the JY, just cut more than you need and take the time to drill them out at home.

My plan of attack when I get to fixing the rear fenders is to road trip down south and just get a straight rust free box.

Hmmmm...good idea...I was going to replace both sides of mine but remembered that I bought the entire box in good condition for $100 about five years ago...and then the rust started...

The new chinese bedsides don't last all that long either...

Mine is retired from active duty during winter. I get it out and play in snowdrifts but it doesn't touch salt encrusted pavement.
