Looking for opinions on the value of this 1996 Mustang Cobra

Thank you. My parts list doesn't look THAT bad price wise. We've put about 200 miles on the car getting aquainted with it. He had given me a list of what he thought was wrong with the car, and i found more stuff so I definitely have leverage and will shoot lower.
You're welcome. I was guessing at prices for parts, so yes, my guestimate might be high.

I'm glad you're able to drive it. Maybe it's not as bad as I thought.

The clutch slipped before he put the 3.73 gears in it, now it's not so bad. You can smell it if you're stopping and going a bunch, but I've hammered on it and it hasn't slipped for me. The pedal is all the way at the top of the travel and it's very heavy, but still driveable. The rearend makes what sounds like a bearing noise, I'll just have to dig into it. The r&p, the bushings are shot, it has a little slop, and the left inner tie rod is bent. It's "driveable" for sure but definitely needs attention.
