Looking at a 6.0 PSD

Hey guys, I'm still in search of a super duty, and I have found one with a good price and fairly low miles that I want to go look at. Before i drive the 3 hours to see it, I was wondering if one of the Ford techs would be kind enough to run the VIN through OASIS for me. It is a 6.Leaker and I just want to see what kind of history it has had. (EGR cooler / head gaskets / FICM) etc...

If it has a tuner/chip without a headstud kit, run don't walk... unless you want to have them intalled.

I know a lot about the 6.0s, I just don't know the history on this one. I know the shortcomings of the motor and I'm willing to deal with them, but I don't have the money to buy the truck... and stud it... and delete the egr... and rebuild the oil cooler... and install a bypass coolant filter on it... and be replacing a FICM that hasn't been flashed and could burn up at any time from cycling the spool valves for too long; all at the same time. I don't know if it has had a tuner on it, but if it has been a problem child I won't waste my time going to find out. If its warrenty claim count has been fairly low as far as the majors have been concerned I would be more comfortable buying this trucking and making gradual upgrades because this truck could be a great deal.
