Is there anyone that make aftermarket lift kit no body lift for 4x4 for 2005?

yeah just look around on the web and you'll find something, superlift, fabtech, rcd all have lifts for 4x4 rangers but are extremely expensive as are all lifts for the new rangers

Superlift is probably the best value suspension lift for that year truck. As said, any lift (besides a bodylift) will be expensive on that truck, and unless you break past $2500 or so, none really offer any improvement in suspension performance anyway, so the bodylift does make a lot of sense.
