Lookin at a 2003 Ranger

I agree with ccryder. Small trucks are now at a premium. Dealers are paying close to KBB private party at the wholesale auctions for them. I think somewhere from good to excellent KBB private party would be a good deal. Certainly not full retail.

Good Luck.

my buddy just traded his 03 fx4 lvl 2 for a focus..they gave him $10,000 for it...and now they are sellin it for 13.....so that must be a good pice

Out here in Michigan the bottom has fallen out of the truck.... just like everything else in Michigan! It's a good time to buy one but selling isn't looking too good.

After going over the numbers and all I doubt I can actually afford this truck.
We looked at the 04 level 2, and we got em down to 12K. Thing is, thats 180/mo in truck payments, 200/mo for insurance not to mention gas.

I'm only 16, but if I didn't have to go to school, and I could keep the job I have, I could do it, but since the job will only last til the end of summer, after summer ends I'd have a real hard time affording it. Originally I figured the parents were helping me out, but then I found out the down payment was coming out of my bank account, and I'm paying the monthly payments and insurance.

So I'm not really sure as of now whats going to happen.

I was wondering why ins was 200, then I saw how old you are. So be honest, aside from the K2500, whicn of those vehicles is yours? Save that thing for playtime, and drive one of the econoboxes to work.

Those are all the cars my family has. Civic is my dads, ranger is my moms, sentra's my sisters and the nova doesnt get around much.

I can't afford 2 insurance payments and i want to get rid of my truck.

Holy ^&%$#@!! batman!! $200 a MONTH for insurance?!! Do you have a few tickets, or it it just that high where you live?

I pay $300 every 6 months for full coverage, but of course, I'm OLD.
