Just bought this Dana35 axle because it has new 4.56 gears in it so when I do the lift I will be all set up. Take a look at the steering knuckle and tell me what the purpose of this set up is. He said it was modified to fit the superlift steering linkage. Basically looks like they welded in a new plate and threw a 1/2" bolt through. Really not sure what I am looking at here so let me know what you think. Im using a 5.5" superlift if that helps. Sorry about the pic quality, let me know if I need to take some more.

GOOD NEWS..... I just aquired a garage. I rent from a guy who had been storing his vintage corvette in mine. Well his ex wife finally cleaned out all of her shit so he moved the car and now I get all of that beautiful garage space. Should come in handy, with this and some other issues it sounds like the ranger will be apart for at least a coulple of days when I install the lift. (honestly its my first time really having the front end apart) So it will be nice to have a safe place to leave it....Also I can get my dirtbikes out of the spare room.lol
