All my research tells me that buying an already built rally/race truck is cheapest. I built my own. Be prepared to spend hundreds of hours and lots of dollars. My truck I built for short course for as cheap as possible so far has cost ~ $6000.00 and ~ 400 hours. I started with a $200.00 truck. Safety related stuff has cost ~ $3500.00 and I still have to buy a head and neck restraint @ ~$700.00 and may have to update my seats @ ~$1000.00. I would have been racing a lot quicker if I bought an already built truck but I also enjoy fabrication.

Bronco is ready to be picked up tomorrow, last chance to buy it I guess lol, better $250 and its yours
