lockers f/r

So with an auotmatic locker in the front you should be able to turn until you give it alot of gas and it locks? I'm just trying to get an understading as I want a locker up front but dont want to sacrifice turning radius and also dont want to have to get out to unlock one hub to turn.

I would assume it would be OK up front, maybe Totalled will chime in, he's running a locked front.

Yes, an auto locker will allow the outside tire to turn faster than the inside tire.

I have a welded front, and still have a pretty good turning radius. I have had to unlock a hub only once or twice, and even then I don't think I was able to turn much sharper. But the locker may make a bigger difference on certain types of terrain compared to a welded.

exactly. this is why many people put an automatic in the back and a selectable up front.

If you let off the gas in a turn (locked in) It will usually unlock. Usually, mine doesn't lock up again until I straighten the wheels out and throttle on. If I go into a turn on the throttle, then yes, it will stay locked and can plow... but if you've driven a wrong wheel drive car in the snow or rain, you can figure it out and use the throttle to get it to turn and stop plowing as much.
