lifting the rear of my b2

well since we are on the topic, i anticipate never breaking a shaft with 33s so is there a good reason why i cant weld up that square insert to the sides that sit on the splines? i do completely understand that if i break a shaft i am most likely fucked every way possible because i assume that prevents me from removing the c-clips. i did not inspect it closely before i installed the rear end since it was already together but i do know thats the setup i have.

the thread comes back to LIFE!

ok, after 2 days and some trial and error i came up with the right leaf pack to level the back of the b2. stock replacement shackle and hanger for the rear, 2 longest leafs from a newer ranger pack, 3 leafs from the yj or cj FRONT packs i scored for a 12 pack and 1 short add-a-leaf. it appears to be just over and inch higher in the rear but should settle down to being almost level after a little driving. i only am anticipating an inch because none of the springs are new so they are already worn in. i will be getting pictures once i get close to completion and have some time. i am shooting for a day trip to jeepskool 18th or 19th of October. anyone in the area is welcome just go to jeepskool.com if you are interested.
