i have little money and want more lift, i've heard that the rough country kits have weak brackets, but i dont plan on any real serious offroading, i've also looked into James Duffs 3 inch stage 1 kit...whats is the best for the money here?

What year truck? I've never had ANY problems with my RoughCountry brackets, and I've run them pretty hard.

I use the Duff 5.5 kit but I've heard good reports on the Skyjacker kit's also. If money is an issue and you don't wheel much one of the cheaper brands might work ok.

my truck is a 93 4x4 for now it has a 3 in. body lift and some other cool shit, did you need extended break lines for your Rough Country lift?

I would use beltech shackles and 63" chevy springs for the back. save some money and get the kit thats just for the front.

if you really want to know what is going to work, PM Will and 4x4 Junkie and Joel (sorry Joel, I forgot your new screen name) they can hook you up. I don't know where you can get a kit just for the front except on ebay, but the best functioning TTB rigs I have seen on this site are the ones with mix matched lifts.
