lift coils

i just bought 4" lift coils for the front of my '90 ranger xlt 2wd. has anyone had any luck with lifting it without having to buy a drop pitman?.

I tried it when I swapped in a JY box to get my truck home... No matter how I toed it in our out... after 25mph I got Death wobble so bad it would run the truck off the road.

If you can get it dialed it could "work" but you're going to break a wrist with the bumpsteer it will give you, unless all you do is interstate driving.

ok, thats what i figured, i just hate paying almost 60 bucks for something so small, and there a bitch to get off without a pitman arm puller. Gess it will save me money in the long run though. my brother ran into the same death wobble when he lifted his jeep cherokee and ended up having to get new adjustable control arms and trac bar.
