Well, earlier this week my truck went into the garage looking like this .....

Lift and wheels done!

Lift and wheels done!

That was with 205/75R15 Bridgestone Winter Dueler snow tires. Is started with all 4 ball joints being replaced just over a month ago. Then drove it a bit. Then I installed Rancho RS5000 series shocks on it, front and rear, which helped with the bottoming of front suspension immensely, thanks to the well-sagged springs up front. That was 3 weeks ago. Then I lifted my truck earlier this week with a Sky Jacker 2" lift kit (leveling coils up front and add-a-leafs in the rear). The truck is up a good few inches with just that .....

Lift and wheels done!

Then Saturday morning I took my new rims to get new 235/75R15 B. F. Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO tires put on.

Today my truck came out of the garage a looked like this .....

Took it the the gf's Dad's place where we replaced the broken lower shock mounts that broke from when I put the Rancho's on.

It's definitely higher, by 3-4". It's meaner looking. It behaves well (so far!). It's not a slug by any means. It's quiet and way smoother than before in every way.

It needs the factory fog light set up with bumpers and grille painted black though! :icon_hornsup:

But then that's it, it's done.

Thanks to everyone here that has helped, with info and motivation.

Dude that is nice! I like how the tires look. Nothing crazy but tastefully good looking haha. Also i highly recommend painting the grille and bumpers black. I did that and it really makes things look good.

looks sweet!! i really liked your old rims, and the new ones are cool too, glad u keep ranger stockers, looks really nice with the new tires, i wish i could get some like that for mine, deff paint the grille and bumpers black, and add the fog light valance, it will be badass:headbang:

Really nice job! I think it made a 100% improvement!

Thanks for the compliments everyone. It was fun and educational. :icon_thumby: :icon_welder:

More will come in time .....

(off to do more research now)
