Okay, that's what the neighbor and expert village said to do as well.

But how would I go about getting the Lug nut off the stripped stud?

did you try an impact gun? i think if you spin if fast enough it might come off, or if cut or grind a notch in it with a grinder and split if off

how do i go about installing the washers and what will i need to do it...?please help...?
