Let's see your NON-RBV toys

My future project, sitting in the pole shed for now. '69' Fairlane Cobra, came stock with the SCJ 428, four speed and 3.91 posi rear end. Only about 3500 made in this body style. $700 with out the trans, motor or pumpkin but only 36K miles, little bit at a time. Still has the six point roll cage in it.

NIIIIIIICE! :headbang:

Sweet stangs! Heres mine, these are the only recent pics I found of it when it was stored at my grandparents house back in April(shes a little dirty was sitting for few months). '91 Gt with Trick Flow top end(U/L intake, cam, TW heads) Vortech S-trim. Made 408rwhp 440rwtq on 10lbs. Only problem now is bad headgaskets, shes going under the knife in August and getting a '93 cobra block .030 over(306ci) with forged crank and rods and keith black pistons. Gona bump up to 15lbs as well :icon_hornsup: P.S.- i bought it with the headlights:eek: its got new stockers now

Looks like fun. Whats with the 93 cobra block? Just what you found, I thought the block itself was the same as in the GT/LX? (heads/intake being difference between Cobra and GT/LX.)

No front plates can get you a ticket here in Wisconsin but at a show Saturday, 30% of the Mustangs had no front plates. They want to change that to save money.

Cool car you going to restore it or restomod?

Here's my toy besides my Ranger, a 1982 Honda CM250 Custom.
Sorry if it doesn't show the picture, I still don't think I've figured out how to post them.

Sweet! always liked the SVOs!

Hey Shotokan1509, there is no difference in the blocks but the Cobras had head work as well.

Think I'm just going to Restomod it, costs a lot of money to do it right. Big small block and five speed. Also got a '66' Ranchero that's being done right back to stock with a cloned 289 (302 with aftermarket heads and intake, 5 speed.

Cobras didn't have head work, they had GT 40 heads instead of E7 heads...just thought I would correct ya. But you are right, the bare block is the same.

oh well i love my ranger tho

I might be learning how to ride on one of these sometime around next summer. It all depends on if the owner decides to upgrade. Hopefully I can get the little brother discount off him. :thefinger:

2005 Buell Blast.
S5000356.jpg

Real nice bike to learn on. It looks slightly different now than in that picture, but it's the most recent I have of it. He wants to upgrade to a Buell Cyclone M2. He's mostly looking for more power and a more aggressive look. He really wants a new Buell XB12R but doesn't have the 10+k to drop on one. If I do end up getting it the Blast, first thing I would do is some custom exhaust work. Don't need to make it louder, it's already pretty loud. I just don't like how it dumps on the rear tire. Not my cup of tea. Other than that it has nothing wrong with it, just needs a new battery (sometimes it doesn't want to start) and a new plug job. Along with a tail light/blinker fix. They stopped working so he tore them apart and never put them back together. I think he was running an LED tail light for a while, but that quit too. Also, I want to look into relocating the license plate if possible. Occasionally it will hit on the rear tire. I think it may just be the frame though. Y'all remember how I wanted a commuter car? What's better than a bike eh? :D

I'd have cried having to sell that Roush only to learn that you didn't have to. One fun ride. That Bronco had some really good work done to it also.
