Leaking master cylinder on 99 ranger!!!!!!!

hi, new to forum, and was seeing if someone can help me out with my master cylinder. i have a '99 ranger, 2wd, 2.5L, with cruise control. i have been having a leaking issue from the master cylinder. i finaly replaced it on 3-15-09. i bought a OEM master cylinder without the resevoir. i removed the old one installed it on new master cylinder and bench bled it. i installed on truck bled entire system. seemed to work fine, but im STILL having a leaking problem from the base of resevoir and what appears to be an adapter that the line screws into that screws into master cylinder. the "adapter" which i think it is called, because there is no where on earth or the internet i can find the part listed anywhere, has a rubber o-ring around the middle of it. there appears to be a pin hole under the o-ring where the fluid is leaking out of. is this normal to be there. that and the leaking around resevoir are my problems it appears. Please if anyone can help, i would greatly appreciate it. thank you very much!!!!!

Would you be able to get a picure of it posted? I think I know what your talking about but to be sure a pic would be nice.
