Leaking Injectors?

You could probably use mechanics wire or zip ties to secure them to the rail - I'd have plenty of rags underneath and be very careful - one spark and your truck and possibly yourself could be in big trouble ! In your first post you mentioned a wandering idle - does it do it sitting still - A wandering idle is usually a sign of unmetered air entering the intake somehow -

What exactly is meant by a wandering idle? Mine stays around 900 fine, it just just rough, and when I seem to push in the clutch and coast for any length of time on the highway, it revs up and down, if that is what a wandering idle is. And yes good idea about the zip ties

If your idle stays steady when your sitting still then there probably isn't a problem - do you still have the stock air box/filter setup or a cold air intake ?

Its all stock, except when the body lift was put on, i had to cut off the part that brought in air from beside the headlight since it was getting pinched, and I also took that rocket looking thing out of the intake tube. I do have a short intake for it, but it never seemed to help, it always made it bog like it was too much air, so i took it off. I even have a performance MAF that never seemed to do anything either. So it is all back to stock.

You never mentioned how your sparkplugs looked - when was the last tune-up

I want to say December 2006 when I rebuilt the head and had new wires and plugs, so these are just over a year old

I'd pull a plug or two just for a look see and check your wires - Taylor makes a nice set of wires I got thru Summit Racing - They dont come apart like the Bosch replacements I would get from Autozone - Also take a trip to Crazy Rays and get yourself an extra coil pack just as insurance .

Sounds like a good idea, I always used bosch until I put a brand new set on and they were shorting out to the block, so now the ones on there are Dura last, but the taylor work good? What kind of plugs? I always used the bosch platniums but I don't think they really are as good, I've kinda lost respect for Bosch, the only thing I will use from them are windshield wipers.

The Taylors are a noticibly higher quality wire and I'm running Autolite Iridiums as they are supposed to last the longest - I love walking aroung Crazy Rays - and the parts are cheap !

My Nissan goes through injectors like crazy. Usually starts off with running rich at the high end, then working it's way to back to rough at idle over a small amount of time.

Things I always consider are coolant temp sensor, 02 sensor and injectors.

The taylor wires I got from SUMMIT RACING but you can probably get them from JEGS as well - ordered mine a two days later they were at my front door !
