here is the deal ... we go to this place called PLANT BAMBOO in florida after we go to mudfest the owner Mr Ed Underhill is a great guy but the state been fuckin with him like every other place ya wheel well they put it on the news down there and the have a poll on the news website voting yes or no on if they should let him have the right to have mudbogs and wheelin on his land so if ya could click the link its down a lil on the left side of the page vote yes

That's part of a decision I need to make sometimes on polls sometimes, IP based or cookie based? IP Address isn't always good, because different people in an organization within the same IP address wouldn't be able to vote.

It's cookie based, clear your cookies or delete the one it sets.

I don't know the whole story, but I don't have to deal with it, I voted yes.
