I wouldn't even bother machining the OE ford dana 44 1/2 ton knuckles. That's just asking for failure.

Oops too late lol. It's not really gonna be on the street anymore anyways so ill work with what I got. My buddy did his before swapping 1 tons and never had trouble so I hope I'm as lucky haha

bought a matching 38.5 swamper for $50. its about half tread but it has a tear in it but it holds are. imma patch the inside and try to wheel it. worth a try for $50. he also gave me 2 bald and 1 1/8 tread thornebirds for free. figure they might be good spares since their the same size other than being for a 16" rim.

Bc the stock set up it cheaper lol. The passenger side arm is hinged so it will give me almost as much flex as heims

Its amazing. We have beefy arms holding our axles and sometime less then half the size that holds it all together and doesn't fail us.

Finished my radius arms. Gonna order my hi steer stud kit tonight
