yeah and the factory installed ford filters are also oiled. he refused to accept that.

and as far as adding "value" to a site like this , well that speaks for its self!

Show me one of my posts where I have told ANYBODY they couldn't buy something?

You have been banned for saying stupid things!! Glad you are so modest to say you are a "valuable member"

so you know the real reason i was banned? here let me give you a clue as your age may be causing a memory loss.

it was because of someones personal problem they had and it was all in PM's, nothing on the public forums.

This thread is :lame:

:annoyed:

Bob's thread was closed on RF because it proves nothing. When are you going to run into resistor smoke? Also the K&N filter in the "tests" is dry. K&N filters are dark red when they are oiled not light pink.

He still hasn't been able to explain why the cylinder walls in my explorer were is such great shape after 100,000 miles of K&N use or why the turbo on my ranger is so clean after 20,000 miles of K&N use or why the MAF in my explorer is so clean after 100,000 miles of K&N use.

And I still want to see the Sandblaster test!!!!!!! Common Bob, do it!!!!! :D

The light pink K&N filter is a very extremely lightly oiled filter, not dry. I just did my cleaning and oiling and the dry clean filter was white. Its the oil that gives it the tint.

Your environment in Il must be real clean!!!!:D:D

Exactly right!! The one I bought brand new was "pre-oiled". If they were shipped DRY, there would be instructions and oil included to oil them!!
The instruction just say how to clean them, and RE-OIL.

Here come the stupid pictures again. He posted this picture on RF as well and they were deleted.

Anyway the test proved nothing so the thread was closed. My truck is still running strong at 123K miles and I used K&N filters before. My throttle body still gets a bit dirty with the paper filter. <-Real testing there not just web links.

Well, it started out with you claiming the entire steering rack had to be removed to change the inner tie-rod ends, which is where the stupidity
came in........

Also are you still looking for this?

Show me one of my posts where I have told ANYBODY they couldn't buy something?

I'd like to drop a blown 460 mod-motor in that bus, or gassed beefed up diesel rig. Maybe a cat7 or was it cat6, either way. I'd drive it to college.

wow bobbie resorting to name calling now are we?

so i am "stupid" in your eyes, what a shame.

i never said the rack did not have to come out, i was following the R&R per ALLDATA.

i think you look for this type or attention thus the reason for doing this over and over. its as old as you are.

He wasnt calling you stupid.... even I can see that. he was referring to the stupidity of saying things like remove the steering rack... and K&N is worthless.
