bEFORE............welded together........only caught the truck afire twice (forgot i had a welding blanket!!!!)

aFTER.......roll cage is wrapped and in place against cab ceiling.......

more after............( i still have to weld plates/brackets under cab to secure 4 thru-tubes to chassis---(tomorrow...? )

Yep.......the same way pushing a Ford beats driving a Chevy....

iv pushed a Ford but it wasnt broke down. pushed a broke chebby though to get it close enough to tow with my old F150 Ranger.

I tried.....I really tried......then......come to find out......when I started acting like them ("sane peole") and "fit in with their crowd"........they started acting crazier than me.......go figure.......

So now.....I'm back to being me.......that way....the other insane people know I'm being truthful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Truk Edit: I gotta cover the shiny stuff for two reasons.......1...when a car is coming my way at night, the inside of my truk lites up like a big headlite from the reflection off their headlites

2....even though the insulation stops the outside noise.....it nearly echoes inside when I talk because of all the reflective surfaces (& yes......Honduras.....sometimes I talk on the PHONE ...& not to meself!)


The Flo-boad is wrapped!!! Oooops....got a reflection of the diamondplate in the bed!!!!!

The drivers side wiring keeps staring at me!!!!!!!!

That's another sub-project.....the original 1936 trucks had an access panel in front of the rear fenders to grease/repair the spring eyes...so....I gotta fab the panels to fit my truck......
