Would be nice to know how he is doing after all he went through...
Which gave me another idea that might help find him...I'm just concerned that DG might not want to be found...but...if someone wants to pursue this angle...
We all heard or read DG talking about his son who was killed by a drunk driver...of Mexican origin...that probably made the news in his hometown...just a matter of nailing down the time frame to make it easier. I'm sure good search parameters would include the city, sons first name...and the details would include drunk driving with a mention of the drivers name and it being of Mexican origin...
I'm inclined to think DG would want us to respect his privacy though...but I've been watching too many CSI NY and CSI episodes that peeked my curiosity about clues and finding missing information.
looks like it says "louisiana" at top of plate, veteran or diabled vet at bottom, sure hope hes still around, his dissapearance and silence have bothered me for quite a while now..
DeeGee. Thinking a lot about you these last few weeks. Remembering building our trucks together. All the yacking we did back and forth, never really making any progress. I hope where ever you are, you know that we all miss you. And we really wish you the best. And we hope to see you back here again soon. So if you’re reading this. I just want you to know that we love you brother. And that we hope you find the peace and comfort that you deserve very much
I miss Doorgunner as well. I think about him from time to time and wonder how he's doing.
He gave me his name and address back in 2010. I found it in my old PM's. I searched and found a different address that's about 10-15 miles from the 2010 address.
I could probably send him a card to let him know we're thinking about him, and add the names of people that would want to sign it.
I found his wife's facebook page, and it shows the same city and state that I found. I'm not going to post the info out of respect for him and his wife, but I did save this page so I could share it with you guys.
