what year trannys can I take a hydraulic line off of to fit my 92 3 litre

Anything with a M5OD will fit.

I have one on my part truck if you want it.

Not exactly..

The line location is clocked differently on 1992-up explorers and 1993-up rangers.. you can use the older line with a newer master, but you'll have to heat it up and rebend it to make the connection.

For this guy, 1992 and older should work for him.
