Its silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan, flags are required so you can "see" somebody on the back side of the dunes and what not.

he drove it off the dunes.............pull plugs, change oil and back at it.
I've hydrolocked mine a few times, still running.
The difference is hydrolocking at idle vs high rpms.
